Police hunt graffiti vandal
12:07pm Tuesday 7th February 2012
POLICE are carrying out an investigation to find who is responsible for criminal damage in the Stonehouse area.
Over recent weeks the figures 2B3, HAK, and what appears to read ‘Sci-Fi’ have been sprayed in a number of areas in the town.
The graffiti ‘tag’ appeared at a home in Osprey Drive between 6pm on Friday January 27 and 3pm on Saturday January 28.
A similar tag was reported to Gloucestershire Police yesterday, Monday February 6, on council-owned wall on Green Street, pictured.
Officers are following up on a number of enquiries to find who is responsible for this criminal damage.
They are also appealing to the community to work with them to put an end to this offence by reporting information to police on the non-emergency number, 101.
You can also give information anonymously by contacting the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org and you may receive a reward of up to £1,000 if someone is arrested and charged.
