Carson dies after cancer battle

Comedian Frank Carson has died, his agent confirmed.
The Belfast-born stand up had been battling cancer for some time.
A spokesman said: "He died this morning, his family called to tell us."
Carson, 85, had been suffering from stomach cancer.
The comic was recognised for his catchphrases "It's a cracker" and "It's the way I tell 'em" and performed all over the UK from his Blackpool base.
He dedicated much of his life to looking after his wife Ruth, who had serious eyesight problems, with his sons Tony and Aidan and daughter Majella.
